Hello All!!

Hope you had a great holiday weekend! We sure did, nothing better than camping, family and plenty of laughing!!

This weeks play day will be at the soccer complex park behind Blackhawk condo's (address is 1500 Legrand St.) It will be at 11, bring a lunch and lawn chairs. I don't think I will be able to make it this time, with school back in full swing I am subbing for a fellow crossing guard at 11:40 and Stockton gets out of school at 12:05 so looks like I will be busy during the time~ But have fun and hopefully we will catch ya next week!!

August 31st~

Now that the older kids are back in school it is time to enjoy our younger ones!!!

August 3rd..

I called and there is still snow around most of Tony Grove. They said they do have a walking trail but it is muddy and slippery.

I checked the weather in Garden City for tomorrow (thinking we will do our Bear Lake trip) and the high is only forecasted at 77* with thunderstorms.

Sooo, my thoughts are this... Heading to the Splash Pad at Alma Leonhardt (260 N 300 W)

July 20th~

It doesn't look like we will hit the Lake tomorrow. I heard back from quite a few and most said it wasn't worth it to drive the extra time to the North Beach. If the water levels go down and the Beach opens up when we are suppose to go to Tony Grove we may look into doing it then.

As for tomorrow, we will be hitting Merlin Olsen Park.. Plan on 11:30 (because I have to irrigate and that is when I hope to get there) but anytime you want to go works!!

July 13

Hello!!

I have been a slacker the last few weeks we have been camping 13 out of the last 17 days and I sent the info on what parks but haven't been around..but we are here this week!!

So if you have gone, hope it was great~

At Mack Park in Smithfield (300 E 50 N) at 11:00

Also Bear Lake is really high and the only beach I know to go to is closed.. Next week is our trip to Bear Lake is anyone FOR SURE going? If so do you know where we could play at the beach??

And Tony Grove still has snow so I don't know if the wild flowers trip will happen in August.. I will keep an eye on that website too...

Change of Days...

Sorry to have to change the days on everyone but I got Kiah into a class that starts next week and since I am in charge I can do what I want right?!? :)

This week will be the first BIG outing. We will be heading to the Ogden Nature Center

June 1st

There is no play day this week with it being the last week of school, I know lots of Mom's helping out with Super Kids Day and other school activities. Plan on meeting next week at the soccer fields in Nibley at 11 am~

Also just to give you a few weeks to plan, in two weeks is our first out of towner.. If you could email me or leave a comment below to let me know if you are going it would help to know who to watch for~

May 11th we will not be having play day.. Even if the weather changes right now and warms up to 70* everything will be way too wet and I doubt it will be 70* today or tomorrow!!!

BTW: Last week we had a great first turnout! Thanks to all who came and enjoyed the sun and laughter. The kids really enjoyed getting back out there and running like crazy and I know the mom's enjoyed talking and getting to know the new friends who came out!!

**Tony Grove Hike (August 3) Please meet at 1st Dam so we can carpool and fit as many as needed in the least amount of vehicles to save on gas, please be there no LATER then 10:15!! Parking up there is $3.00 a car. Please bring lunch, walking shoes and blankets.. Lots of flowers to see and they are in top bloom mid July - mid August. We will picnic by the lake after the hike!!
